The use of any Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd products and/or services on public roads, emissions-controlled vehicles, or in any manner not compliant with local laws and regulations is strictly the responsibility of the user. Please note that all booking fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes to the booking. Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd disclaims all liability for damages resulting from non-compliance with applicable road laws or regulations. LIABILITY ON VEHICLE PERFORMANCE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS Together with any services or programming carried out, it is your responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is in good health and suitable for a software upgrade. Without prior and after data logging, Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration caused to the vehicle during or after our services. The customer acknowledges that performance modifications or upgrades may lead to changes in vehicle performance, fuel consumption, emissions, or general wear and tear. Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd disclaims liability for any adverse effects on the vehicle's performance, safety, or condition after the completion of our services. If any work, including engine, exhaust, or performance-related upgrades, is undertaken following the completion of our services, Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd will not be held responsible for any subsequent change in performance, reliability, or condition of the vehicle. By purchasing and using our services, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 1. Vehicle Ownership and Responsibility Upon delivery of the vehicle to Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd for tuning, modifications, or any other service, the customer (hereafter referred to as the "Owner") acknowledges and agrees that Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle while it is in our possession, regardless of cause or circumstance. 2. No Liability for Loss, Damage, or Theft of Vehicle While the vehicle is in the possession of Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd, the Owner assumes full responsibility for the vehicle. Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle, its parts, or contents, whether caused by accident, fire, flood, mechanical failure, vandalism, or any other unforeseen event. The Owner is encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the vehicle for the entire duration it is under the care, custody, or control of Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd. 3. Risk of Loss The Owner agrees to assume all risks associated with the vehicle while it is under the care of Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd. This includes but is not limited to mechanical failures, accidents, theft, vandalism, fire, or any other damage occurring to the vehicle during the performance of services. Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd shall not be held liable for any incidents, damages, or losses that occur during the time the vehicle is in our possession, whether in the course of performing tuning or modification services or otherwise. REFUND POLICY All services and products provided by Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd are final. Once the service has been completed or the product has been installed, no refunds will be issued. This policy is due to the considerable time, expertise, and resources required to develop custom software and perform tailored services. We are committed to ensuring that all tunes and modifications are thoroughly tested and will provide full support to ensure the proper function of our services. In the event that issues arise after the service has been provided, Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd will work with the Owner to resolve these issues to the best of our abilities. However, please note that the customer agrees to forgo any claim for refunds once the service has been completed. By purchasing any services or products from Limitless Performance Tuning Ltd, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including all disclaimers and liability limitations, and acknowledges their understanding of the risks and responsibilities involved.
